Resonance || From the top!

It's been so refreshing to play Creatures again, and after a bit of an adjustment period I'm right back into the swing of things!

Having a warp world has been lovely so far, and I'm glad to see that other folks are online as well (hi, guys!) - but, I had the realization pretty quickly that my breed setup was not quite viable. I'd apparently forgotten that TWBs don't crossbreed particularly well with non-TWB breeds, so my Affordable Norns didn't really make it - they did their best, but nearly all of their crossbred children were stillbirths.

I thought that was kind of a shame - I'm REALLY fond of the Affordable Norns, honestly - and I also felt a bit sad that my personal pet favorite breed, the Kunterbunt Norns, wasn't being represented in my world, either. So, I went ahead and hit the "reset button" on my world, exporting everyone that was currently there and hatching some new babies.

(As an added bonus - the Norns leaving my world should now be a bit more friendly for others who aren't exclusively using TWBs, or don't have TWB-friendly world setups.) 

The setup we're looking at now includes: Affordable Norns, Kunterbunt Norns, Gargoyle Norns, Dodgy Norns, and Siamese Norns, all vanilla. I picked my favorite breeds, both the colorful and the subtle, and I'm hoping it'll turn out some really nice crossbreeds. (I'm particularly fond of when Norns inherit the Gargoyle arms, giving them those cool wing sprites.)

I'll be keeping things going and having my world online when I can, so feel free to send creatures my way! (If you end up with any of mine, and don't want them, too, feel free to send them back - my incoming and outgoing portals are far enough apart that there shouldn't be many repeat travelers.)
