Hello once again, everyone! Here are today's SERU rescues!
Today's first arrival was Elfgard, a very sweet female Norn! Interestingly enough, Elfgard does not appear to have any drives - or if she does, they go up very slowly. We monitored her for over 30 minutes but did not see her get hungry, tired, or bored (or age, for that matter). We aren't sure if this means she doesn't have needs or if she's just unable to feel them, so please take care! Our second arrival was a male Grendel, Borgan, who ages a little quicker than other creatures but is otherwise very friendly and sweet with no particular special needs.
Today, the Warp network was up and running! Our two previous Warp visitors left to go on to new worlds. We wish them the best!
In other news, one of our first rescues, Emochit, has passed away. He was 5 hours and 39 minutes old at the time of his death. Rest in peace, our friend.
Full adoption details for today's SERU rescues are as follows:
ELFGARD
Species: Norn
Gender: Female
Breed: C1 Ron Norn, Banshee Grendel, Bruin Norn
Temperament: Friendly
Notes: Appears not to have (or feel?) needs. Insists on "approaching" food instead of eating. Did not have any increases in drives for as long as we observed her. HoverDoc shows her as "being in pain" with 0 bars, but she is happy, all drives are empty, and she has not aged past the baby stage.
BORGAN
Species: Grendel
Gender: Male
Breed: Dustdevil Grendel, Bengal Norn, C3 Grendel, C1 Purple Mountain Norn (?)
Temperament: Friendly
Notes: Appears to age a little quicker than others; adolescent at 6 minutes. I estimate his lifespan may be an hour or somewhere in between a half hour to an hour, assuming he continues aging at this pace. (Edit: Borgan lived significantly longer than expected. I'm not sure when he reached old age, but at the time of writing, he is old at 3 hours. I also found that he's very sensitive to getting hurt - after being hit by some of the Norns on the ship, he is very quick to register as being in pain where other Norns were not getting hurt.)
